Our Shipping Procedure:

1. We almost always ship on Tuesdays – starting early Tuesday mornings.
2. After we catch and select the birds, we put them in our USPS-approved boxes, apply postage and load them up.
3. We send out emails with the tracking numbers for your order.
4. We drive the birds to Great Falls USPS distribution center – 6 hour round trip – in a heated or cooled cargo trailer.

As you can see, our Tuesdays are very full; therefore, we are not available either by phone or by text on Tuesdays.

Most orders will arrive in 1-2 days but could take up to 3 days. Once we have delivered the birds to Great Falls USPS distribution center, we will have no more information than what you will get by looking up the tracking number on the USPS website.
